I could be. After taking some time to assess when fear has decided to show up, I have come to understand that fear is usually a sign that I am moving in the right direction and need to trust myself more. Now, when I feel inklings of fear, I use that energy to motivate motion toward the desired outcome instead of allowing it to paralyze me into procrastination. Even if you feel behind on your goals, start where you are. The act of starting a task brings more confidence than thinking about it. Use this secret weapon as you use June to prepare for the most successful second half of the year you've ever experienced!

Fear Is Your Friend

June holds the beginning of Summer and the end of the first half of the year. It seems natural to consider our goals, our milestones, and what is necessary to keep us on track to accomplish our goals in the second half of the year and the years to come.  As our lives continue to develop, we are constantly introduced to new territory to navigate. Sometimes, new territory brings new fears but fear doesn't have to be a scary thing. How about considering fear as motivation instead of allowing it to stall you? I used to allow fear to paralyze me, setting me back on my deadlines and ultimately, making me feel horrible because I was not creating the results that I knew
