Alexis Rai Gaynor is an international business + brand consultant and entrepreneur. For over a decade, she has consulted private, public, and nonprofit sector businesses, organizations, and individuals to enhance their offerings, improve their systems, and expand their networks. In 2020, she founded The Alexis Rai Agency to house her digital based services and offer more consultants opportunities to add value to startups, SMEs, and career professionals. In 2021, she relaunched her female empowerment platform She Defines Success to provide inspiration, celebration, and representation for female entrepreneurs and career women to confidently define their personal and professional success on their own terms. She's been featured in Vogue Italia, Forbes, and Vogue Business along with her clients and partners for their innovative business and philanthropic efforts. In 2015, she was inducted into New York Global Young Leaders Dialogue for her contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In 2021, she was nominated to the Champions Council for Bias in African Fashion for her contributions to African Fashion Foundation from 2014 - 2021. Her mission is to help as many people as possible realize sustainable success and live authentic, empowered lives.
